Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at sales@luxcerie.com with your order number.
2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, some items may be final sale. These will be clearly marked at checkout.
